Sorelle Ghirardello has a recent history, born from the passion and idea of Alessandro and Eleonora. It all came to life in 2013 when, after a training course in the viticultural field and driven by a family passion and working the land that dates back three generations back in Eleonora’s family, we decided to plant 12 hectares of proprietary vines, convinced that a territory so rich in history and traditions should be valued.
Territory which falls within the DOCG Asolo and which lends itself well to the production of excellent wines. Care and love for the land has always been our attitude, so much so that the workings of the vineyards are carried out with the utmost respect for the environment and man. All of our grapes dedicated to the production of our Sorelle Ghirardello wines are harvested by hand with a careful selection of the bunches and pressing of the flower must only. In our hilly lands already in the ’30s Eleonora’s ancestors cultivated the vineyards with care and passion, with an artisanal production of white and red wines, which from the stories handed down turned out to be wines characterized by excellent fruity aromas and body.
We are a young reality, but one that invests and commits itself daily to improve and that focuses exclusively on a high quality product, strengthened by the fact that the geographical position of our lands, their composition, have a lot to tell and be able to guarantee added value to the final product.
Starting this year we have set up a new tasting room to welcome our customers and let them taste our products in an environment that tells our story.
Da quest’anno abbiamo allestito una nuova sala degustazioni per poter accogliere i nostri clienti e far assaggiare loro i nostri prodotti in un ambiente che racconta la nostra storia.
